VERBAND DEUTSCHER METALLHÄNDLER E.V.
The Association of German Metal Traders (Verband Deutscher Metallhändler e.V., VDM) provides its members with a wide range of services in its capacity as the national federation of the non-ferrous metal recycling industry.
The VDM is an important link between politics and business. Its core areas of expertise are summed up in the words NETWORK – KNOWLEDGE –- PARTNERS and it focuses attention on the support of its members.
The Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) is the only global recycling industry federation, representing some 800 companies and 35 affiliated national recycling associations from 70 different countries. Its members are world leaders in the supply of raw materials and a key pillar for sustainable economic development. INDRA has gold membership status.
Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Stahlrecycling- und Entsorgungsunternehmen
The Federal Association of German Steel Recycling and Disposal Companies (Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Stahlrecycling- und Entsorgungsunternehmen, BDSV) is a national trade association. It represents the interests of German companies and companies operating in Germany which provide steel recycling and other waste disposal services. It is the largest steel recycling association in Europe and is guided in its work and objectives by the economic and environmental conditions surrounding the recycling industry.
